WHOA! Its been a long time and so much has happened!

Hi Readers,

Well, it sure has been a loooonnngggg time. As a mother, I've been so incredibly consumed with kids' activities (as well as my own). WHEW! Thankfully, we made it through Summer, the majority of Fall, and are now inching our way into the coveted Holiday Season! I LOVE the holidays!

Yesterday, I attended the Market Street Holiday Expo. All the aromas of delightfully baked goods, hot cocoas, turkeys, etc....oh how it made my mouth water! Yummy... but I cant help but think how even though this is the inflatable business' "slow season", how unusually BUSY we've been. You see, Texas doesn't actually have "4 Seasons" like most states. Oh no, not Texas. We've got TWO seasons.....summer and winter. LOL! So, our business typically runs for about 9 months out of the year. With Thanksgiving & Christmas just around the corner (YES - we've ALREADY had calls for bookings these days), I wanted to give a few quick, fun, little ideas on how you can thank your customers during this holiday season - no matter WHAT the business you have is.

Always give your customers something that makes them feel appreciated as a customer. Give them something they'll appreciate - and not throw away - as the longer they keep the item, the more promotional success it gives your business.
This holiday season, send out Holiday Cards to all of the customers you have. This will make them feel special this season when they see you've remembered them. Chances are, it'll keep your business fresh in their mind the next time they're looking for services you offer.

I'm making out my Holiday Cards as we speak (when you've got a lot of customers, it takes a longer time personally filling each out). Start early so that you're not in a time crunch a day or two before Christmas.

Good Luck in your Holiday Card endeavors and chat soon....
